Project Description

The Rusororo Recreational Project is designed as the heart of the neighborhood, a place where people can move, play, and come together in harmony. At its center, water becomes the main story: a safe pool for children, a gentle pool for beginners, and a wide pool for those who swim with confidence. Next to the pools, the gym stands as a space of strength and health, while the bar and restaurant welcome moments of rest, taste, and conversation. For children, open playgrounds spread across the site. One shared court comes alive with both basketball and volleyball a stage of energy and teamwork. The multipurpose hall opens wide for indoor games, community gatherings, and activities that bring life together, rain or shine. Placed in Rusororo’s R3 medium-density expansion zone where spaces for recreation are hard to find, this project is more than just buildings and courts. It is a living ground for community, a place to care for both body and spirit, woven into the daily life of the neighborhood.
