Project Description

FACT Ltd, in collaboration with ARBA Ltd, developed the master plan for UTAB Kiramuruzi Campus, the second official campus of the University of Technology and Arts of Byumba. The project transforms the existing facility into a modern, multi-faculty university campus designed for academic growth, student life, and long-term expansion in Eastern Rwanda.
